Who are we?
Hi, I’m Joey (the nerdy guy in the back with the big glasses). I run online sales for American Patio Designs and I’d like to talk to you a little bit about our small family business.
My father-in-law is the cool guy with the Oakley shirt. He started a patio & fireplace business in 1999 with my awesome mother-in-law, Darlene. They still run the brick-and-morter store in Florida. A few years after I married their eldest daughter, I was fortunate enough to get to join the family business as manager of online sales.
Gabe and Devin are the cute couple on the far left. Their my brother in-law & sister in-law. Gabe is our licensed contractor. If you want it, he can build it. Devin is our designer. She’s also the office manager for the brick-and-morter location. If you call the physical location asking about web-sales, Devin is the one who will send you my way (p.s. don’t do that, reach out to me directly through the website. I want to get to help you. Plus she’s got enough to do already!).

Return & Fulfillment Policy
Orders may be canceled at any time before items go into production. Once a product is shipped, customers may return items for any reason within 7 days. Returns will receive a full refund. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
Payment is processed when an order is placed prior to shipment. Orders are produced in the order they are received. Once an order is completed, items ship via UPS and a tracking number is provided upon request.
Privacy Policy
Any information exchanged through our website, contact form, or checkout is kept private and not shared with any other persons and/or companies. this includes but is not limited to contact and billing information.
Promotional Policy
Items on sale will be charged at the sale price. In the event that a sale ends, customers who have already purchased items, will not be charged an additional fee. All other store policies apply to items listed at a discounted price.
