Shipping

Due to slower than usual lead times, shipping is FREE for a limited time.

Orders in stock ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Orders ship from Burnsville, MN and will deliver within 3-8 days based on location.

Items that are out of stock will ship as soon as they are available. Individual lead times are listed at the bottom of each product’s specification list. Items ship via UPS or FedEx and a tracking number is provided upon request.

Returns & Refunds

Orders can be easily canceled or returned for a full refund. Orders can be canceled anytime prior to shipment. Once a product is shipped, customers may return items for any reason within 7 days. Returns will receive a full refund. Return shipping is arranged by American Patio Flame and is at the customers expense. Refunds are issued the next business day and take 5-10 days to show in your account.

Payment & Fulfillment Policies

We accept Apple Pay as well as all major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, and Mater Card. Payment is processed when an order is placed prior to shipment. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.

When making a purchase, look through our website for what you want. Then click “add to cart”, when you’re done shopping just click the shopping cart icon on the top right of every page. You can to edit your cart, cancelling or adding items, at any time prior to entering payment information.

Promotional Policy

Items on sale will be charged at the sale price. In the event that a sale ends, customers who have already purchased items, will not be charged an additional fee. Discounts can not be retroactively applied. All other store policies apply to items listed at a discounted price.

All purchase taxes are included in the price at the time of checkout.
